today was a day I spent with a friend and a couple of beer so we were really three sitting at the table. We spoke about world war 2, Germany´s reconstruction after the war and how human society has changed after the 90s. Well it was a very good conversation. Im now at home, tired and waiting to find what I am looking for. See you and one last thing... be aware of your thoughts, they mean something but you must find this answer not just by thinking over and over again the same ideas. Try to put those thpughts in practice and you will start to understand how much you need to continue elaborating those thoughts in order to make them

this is sunday again with a bright sun and a blueish sky. I woke up and I´m prepared to live and breathe. I´ve been doing too many things but all I want know is a beach and the sea. I will be looking forward to going on a beach, to breath pure air and to  be in contact with the ocean
